Supporting people through hard conversations and meaningful transition.

Who I am

I come to this work as a rancher and food systems designer, shaped by years of working in complex, real-world systems where decisions have long timelines and real consequences. Ranching teaches you quickly that there are no clean edges — land, people, animals, and economics are always entangled.

My work in food systems has focused on designing approaches that are resilient, values-aligned, and practical on the ground. That perspective informs how I facilitate and consult: I’m less interested in abstract solutions and more concerned with what will actually hold over time.

I’m comfortable working in tension- between generations, priorities, and ways of seeing the world. I bring a steady presence to conversations where stakes are high and history runs deep. This work is personal for me because I live inside the kinds of systems I support others in navigating.
